What Is Your Shipping Process?

Do You Accept Returns And Exchanges?

We do not accept returns on any of our products. You can contact us through email at melnerucreations@gmail.com for further assistance on an exchange.

What Is Your Exchange Policy?

Exchanges can be accepted if the item is unworn and in their original packaging. We understand that mistakes can happen sometimes (e.g. ordering the wrong size or color). Email us with your order name and information to arrange for an exchange if applicable to the requirements. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your package to us.  We recommend you to use tracking package services or purchase shipping insurance for a secure arrival of your returned package to our facility. 

What If I Never Receive My Package?

Contact the shipping carrier to make an investigation on your package. We will provide you with the order and shipping information to file a claim if needed. Once packaged orders are sent from our facility to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not have control of the shipping process once your package is delivered to a carrier facility.
